It is a simplified model meant to show a realistic range for Fresno-area homes. Real proposals use your 12-month interval data, roof orientation, shading and exact rate plan, which can move results in either direction.
Incentive eligibility depends on who owns the system and your personal tax situation, and federal rules changed in 2025. We leave credits out so the estimate is conservative. Consult a tax professional about your eligibility.
